STATIONERY ORder process

HOUSE COLLECTION ORDER PROCESS

1. Start the wedding stationery order process by requesting a quote. Firstly, fill in the form below or email us, to let us know which house collection you are interested in, which items from the collection you need and how many of each item you would like to order (remember invitations are usually one per household). 

2. We will send you a quote based on your requirements within 72 hours. Once you accept the quote a £100.00 deposit is required, along with the wording you would like for each item you have ordered. 

3. Next, we will personalise the collection with your text and send you a set of digital proofs. This can take around a week to arrive in your inbox. On seeing the proofs, you can request any text amendments (please note that only two sets of amendments are included within the price quoted to you).

4. Now you can make any final amendments to your order quantities (such as fewer save the dates, but extra evening invitations). Once you have confirmed your quantities and approved the proofs, you will receive the final invoice. 

6. Once the final invoice is settled, your items will be printed and dispatched. It is important to note the lead time for this is around three weeks depending on the final embellishments and assembly of the items. Additionally, please allow three to five working days for delivery. 

BESPOKE STATIONERY ORDER PROCESS

1. If you wish to order bespoke wedding stationery, firstly request a quote by filling in the form below or emailing us. Within your message, let us know you would like a bespoke design.

2. After receiving your request for a bespoke design we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your requirements. We will arrange a consultation (either via telephone or email) to discuss your design ideas, the items you would like to order, and how many of each item you will need. After the consultation, we will send you a quote based on your requirements.

3. Once you accept the quote a £250.00 deposit is required, along with the wording you would like for each item. Then the drawing and designing will begin. The design process takes around two to three weeks.

4. On receiving the first set of digital proofs, please check you are happy with the design and have the exact wording you want on your items. At this stage, you can make amendments to the design and wording. Please note that only three sets of amendments are included within the price quoted to you.

5. Once the digital proofs have been approved you can make any final adjustments to your item quantities before you receive the final invoice. 

6. Once you have paid the balance, your items will be printed and dispatched. Bear in mind that the lead time for this is three weeks depending on the final embellishments and assembly of the items. Additionally, please allow three to five working days for delivery.
